- Do I need a card to start?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a card, but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
- What counts as a domain?
- Each apex domain you add to your dashboard counts as one domain against your plan's limit — for example example.com is one domain. You can add up to 5 on Hobbyist, 50 on SMB, and unlimited on Agency.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard, and your domain limit changes with the plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- On day 15 your card is charged for the plan you chose and monitoring continues uninterrupted. If you cancel during the trial, monitoring stops at the end of the 14 days and you are never charged.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes — cancel any time during the 14-day trial from your dashboard and you will not be charged. After the trial you can still cancel whenever you like; you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
