Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Domain Watchdog (the “Service”), operated by Crescera Systems (“Crescera Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Gilbert, Arizona, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Domain Watchdog performs daily RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) lookups on the domain names you ask us to monitor and sends you escalating email alerts at approximately 60, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day(s) before a monitored domain’s registry expiration date. The Service is an informational notification tool only. It does not register, renew, transfer, host, or otherwise control any domain on your behalf.
2. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
- The Service is offered as a recurring subscription at $49 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@domainwatchdog.app.
- On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which monitoring and alerts stop.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change pricing on prospective billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Monitor domains you do not own or are not authorized to manage on behalf of a client;
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, or to send spam;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Resell or repackage the Service without our written permission.
4. Your Responsibility for Your Domains
Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and are intended only as a convenience reminder. RDAP data may be incomplete, delayed, cached, rate-limited, unavailable for certain top-level domains, or inaccurate at the source registry. Email delivery may be delayed or blocked by factors outside our control. Accordingly, you remain solely responsible for tracking and renewing your domains. Do not rely on the Service as your only safeguard against domain expiration. We are not a registrar and cannot prevent a domain from expiring.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any domain loss will be prevented.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRESCERA SYSTEMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DOMAINS, DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
