Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Domain Watchdog to be a genuinely useful safeguard for your domains. If it isn’t the right fit, here’s exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial $49/mo subscription charge. Just email support@domainwatchdog.app from your account email address and we’ll process the refund — no hoops. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancel Anytime
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Outside the 30-day window, cancellation stops future renewals but does not retro actively refund the current billing period.
How to Cancel
- Cancel from your account settings in the dashboard; or
- Email support@domainwatchdog.app and we will cancel for you.
What Happens to Monitoring When You Cancel
- Your monitoring and alerts remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- After that period ends, we stop running daily RDAP checks and stop sending expiry alerts for your domains.
- Because alerts then stop, please make sure you have another way to track your domains’ renewal dates — you remain responsible for renewing them (see our Terms of Service).
